Fersenschmerzen sind echt fies, meine Frau hat das letztes Jahr voll erwischt. Es war ein Albtraum für sie, vor allem weil sie sich geweigert hat, Schuhe zu tragen, die nach "Sanitätshaus" oder zu medizinisch aussehen. Sie hat alles Mögliche ausprobiert, nur um den Sommer zu genießen, ohne abends vor Schmerzen zu heulen.

Letztendlich hat sie Sandalen gefunden, die ein physiologisches Fußbett unter einem ganz schlichten Design verstecken. Was sie beim Fachmann gelernt hat: Die Unterstützung des Fußgewölbes ist viel wichtiger als eine dicke Polsterung, auch wenn man das erst mal nicht glaubt. Sie hat sich Modelle mit festen Riemen ausgesucht, damit der Fuß nicht rutscht, denn genau dieses Rutschen ermüdet die ganze Wade. Mittlerweile können wir wieder Städtetrips machen und sie trägt diese Sandalen ständig , man kann also echt schick aussehen, ohne dass die Füße dran glauben müssen.
